Sophia Dolferus is a photographer, visual designer and Wes Anderson fanatic. She loves creating, taking Polaroid pictures, buying houseplants (even though she isn't too good at keeping them alive), and will occasionally talk about herself in the third person.
With each project, she aims to put the fun in functional. Sophia believes that every brand has its own distinct personality and works with her clients to bring this to life through strategic and creative branding. Throughout her time as a freelance photographer and designer, she has had the pleasure to work with clients such as Canberra's Amnesty International branch, Clark Street Coffee, Spotlight and small businesses across Australia. She was also awarded a Merit AGDA student award in the packaging design category for her Sunday Coffee Co. packaging.
Sophia is a trained visual designer, a photographer and a keen illustrator who uses her diverse range of skills to create engaging designs. She has strong proficiency in Adobe programs including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD and Lightroom. Throughout her time working as a social media marketer, she gained experience in motion graphics and short-form videos using Adobe After Effects and Final Cut Pro to make reels for Instagram.
She is also an enthusiastic learner and is always looking to expand her skill set and try new things. Sophia currently holds a Certificate II in Creative Industries and a Bachelor of Design majoring in Communication Design from Swinburne University of Technology.
